Salon Adoravel is a unique atmosphere where we call ourselves a Hybrid Salon. This simply put means we are a mixture of Salon Staff and Renters. Lauren and her team are passionate about sharing a vision to make you the happiest version of yourself and are happy to point you in the direction of the stylist that suits your needs best.

Lauren Scamporino 

Lauren has two decades of industry experience, not only behind the chair but also as an educator for award-winning product lines. Beginning her career in Boston she did her extensive training under multiple recipients of Best of Boston. Her mentors brought her back to her North Shore roots when they opened a second location she called home. Her portfolio spans from Bumble & Bumble Academy to Beth Minardi, Vidal Sassoon, Oribe, V76, as well as being a Certified Goldwell, Wella, and Redken colorist. She has a vast education portfolio that has allowed her to train several stylists throughout her career, which drove her passion to be a salon owner.
Lauren also carries a degree in Business Management with a minor in Dance from Salem State University.

Sandra Cerra

Sandra Cerra has been in the business for five decades. It really began as a child coifing her mum’s hair and perfecting curls for the neighboring housewives.

Her official training began after pursuing a college education, followed by cosmetology school in Scottsdale, Arizona. She has trained nationwide from; Bologna, Italy, to Las Vegas and Miami. She continued her education with Aveda Hair and Skin Care. She also has certifications in Permanent Makeup, Areola Color Restoration, and Great Lengths extensions. Sandra also trained with Wella Corporation, educating and mentoring fellow salon owners.

Sandra owned “Noggins Salon” for over 30 years and is ecstatic to be focusing solely behind the chair now after passing the torch to Lauren in September 2020.

Meghan Lacorazza

With over a decade in the industry, Meghan has certifications in keratin straightening services, blonding services,  grey coverage, specialized cutting, and curly-haired techniques. Proficient in creative and custom color, Meghan loves any opportunity to think outside the box. When not behind the chair, you can usually find Meghan on adventures with her husband Matt and their newborn Archie.

Mariah Lima

Mariah began her career in the hair industry in 2011. Training under Sandra Cerra and the Noggins team. Her certifications range from blonding, balayage, fashion-coloring, keratin, to precision cutting, and specializing in extensions. Mariah took a brief break from behind the chair to manage Boston Beauty and begin to raise her family, which includes two beautiful girls Milania and Valentina.

Susan Vitale

Ashley Santerre

Ashley is a passionate color specialist with over 17 years in the industry. She has been trained in Goldwell and Redken color.  And specializes in gray coverage and blonding services, as well as the Brazilian blowout system. Besides spending time with her family, one of her greatest joys is creating beautiful hair for her clients.
