Our Salon Policies

With the frequency of last-minute cancellations and adjustments to appointments, we would like to remind our guests of our policies.

It’s been very difficult to keep an accurate schedule and accommodate all our appointment requests; so we will be enforcing this. The policy can also be found in your confirmation emails and on our website for reference.

Unlike many service-based small businesses we have decided against keeping a credit card on file for your safety, so we ask you please respect our policy.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Our schedule is dedicated to our guest’s needs, when there is a last-minute cancelation or “no show”, that appointment most likely cannot be filled from our cancelation list. As a result, we require a minimum of 24-hour notice for any cancellation.

Missed appointments, last-minute cancellations, or adjustments will result in
a fee of half of your service booked. In the case of a No-Show, No Call we require a non-refundable deposit to rebook that appointment.


Late shows:


We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals. In an effort to ensure our schedule stays intact for clients booked after your appointment a 15 minute late arrival may result in a change to your service(s).


Payment:


Cash, Check, Visa, Master card, Discover, AMEX are all welcomed. A $25 service fee will be applied to returned checks. Any and all gratuities are beyond greatly appreciated, however, must be kept separate and cannot be added to the service total via credit card or check.


Returns:


Lightly used products may be exchanged for another, we do not offer any refunds.

In an effort to maintain a healthy workspace, please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling under the weather.
